The Use of WinPet MedVest in The Recovery Period of a Anatolian Mastiff That is Critically Injured by a Wild Boar

The Kangal dog of Mr Mehmet BIRLIK moved away from the sheep herd and (possibly injured by a wild boar) returned as critically wounded the next day. The Kangal dog with an approximate weight of 80 Kg was brought to our clinic in a quite bad situation. Other than the soft tissue injuries, a fracture was observed in the pelvis bone. After the operation, Parenteral antibiotics, regular dressing recommendation and XL Size WinPet MedVest were applied to the patient and it was sent to home. Despite the failure of regular dressing and antibiotic administration; the patient could not poke its wounds, therefore it was observed that the dog completely recovered 45 days later.
