Warranty conditions
Unless otherwise stated, all products are covered by manufacturer’s warranty. We strongly recommend inspecting the product during shipment in order to validate the warranty terms. If you see any damage, keep a record and do not collect the product. Changes made on the product, deformation of the product or deterioration of the original design of the product are not covered by the warranty.
Product Return Policy
If the product you purchased on our site is found to be faulty, you must contact us on [email protected] email address within 7 days from the delivery date at the latest. The faulty product that you will send to us with the email will be replaced with a new one. If the ordered product defect is caused by the use of the customer or the product has been used even one tiime, the product cannot be returned or exchanged.
